My fitness journey began back when I was 14 and surpassed 300lbs on the scale. A couple friends told me I’d make a good lineman and should try out football. During this time, I instantly fell in love with not only lifting weights, but helping those around me progress as well; this was the first time I’d ever experience being a leader. In total, I’ve lost 148 pounds and have turned not just strength training, but exercise itself and nutrition science into my whole world.
