Joe has been in the health and fitness industry for a number of years. His passion for fitness has motivated him to become one of Arlington’s top personal trainers. Joe has always enjoyed physical activities and sports. He was an athlete throughout high school and college. Currently he enjoys road races, working with his boxing coach, kettlebell training and getting out for a round of golf in his spare time.
I have been training since 2019 as a CPT and a lifetime as a client. There are many obstacles that I have had to overcome. However, it has been the satisfaction and feeling one achieves by engaging in fitness that I have found most rewarding. My passion is to help people change their lives in the simplest and most realistic way possible. I know making the commitment to start your journey in fitness can be challenging. Your lifestyle goal does not need to be fitness. Rather, fitness can be integrated into your lifestyle. My goal is to make your fitness journey as enjoyable and fulfilling as possible in an inclusive environment.
Olivia’s well-rounded workout plans, grounded in both science and practical experience, inspire confidence and encourage sustainable progress. Whether clients are new to fitness or experienced athletes, she guides them toward peak performance with a focus on safety, motivation, and personalized care. In her free times she enjoys watching the Red Sox, traveling, and spending time with her pit bull, Russell.
My fitness journey began back when I was 14 and surpassed 300lbs on the scale. A couple friends told me I’d make a good lineman and should try out football. During this time, I instantly fell in love with not only lifting weights, but helping those around me progress as well; this was the first time I’d ever experience being a leader. In total, I’ve lost 148 pounds and have turned not just strength training, but exercise itself and nutrition science into my whole world.
Hi, I’m Kevin! Fitness has been a lifelong passion of mine—one that I’ve studied and practiced for over 18 years. My approach to personal training is client-centered, compassionate, and data-driven, shaped by a decade of experience as a mental health counselor, academic, and data scientist. I’m a Certified Personal Trainer and Nutrition Coach through the National Academy of Sports Medicine, as well as a Certified Health and Wellness Coach through Wellcoaches. My specialties include corrective exercise for posture and back pain, self-myofascial release, weight loss and body recomposition, and resistance training for muscle hypertrophy and endurance. I work with clients of all experience and ability levels, meeting each person where they are and supporting a joyful, sustainable process of growth. I'm thrilled to be part of your fitness journey and to help you reach your goals.
Jon is an occupational therapist, personal trainer, running coach, yoga teacher, health coach, and ergonomic consultant. He has over 13 years of experience working with clients with diverse abilities, ages, and health needs in a variety of contexts including gyms, clinical settings, virtually, and group formats. He consistently aims to take a holistic approach with clients by implementing a combination of exercise programming, health coaching, and ongoing injury prevention / management strategies to facilitate positive outcomes and a streamlined pathway towards health / fitness goals for the clients that he works with. This is achieved through the development of programs that are individualized, evidence-based, progressive, and can fit in with life’s many demands. Coach Haile Pereira is a lifelong kickboxer from Long Island, NY, who began at age 3 under Kru “Extreme” Lacosta in the “Extreme Muay Thai 1 through 9 System.” With over 15 years of experience in styles including Muay Thai, Krav Maga, and Shaolin Kung Fu, Haile combines striking expertise with a deep understanding of movement and conditioning, assisting clients reach their fitness goals through high-energy, technique-driven classes. Designed to build explosive strength and endurance—his training sessions inspire confidence that's guaranteed to leave you in the best shape of your life.
